all pizzas at this location are clearly refrigerated for long periods at a time, do NOT purchase pizza by the slice. Whole pizzas are made in bulk ahead of time so the dough is very low quality and stale by the time it's cooked very disappointed in literally everything about this location, unfortunately there is no 0 star rating

Bubba's Deep Fried Pickles are delicious but the sauce is so garlicky it's caused three girls to ghost me. Worth it every time!

Agree that the prices are not that low, the staff are friendly. We had Poutine which are such big portions even when you order the small size, tasty and very filling. We did not have a deliver so do not know if it is slow!

Would give it a negative 5 if I could. Absolutely terrible service. The person on the phone who you could barely understand tells you, he will call you back with a price and never does. They finally show up more than an hour later after being told only 25 min with a cold pizza and a $10 delivery fee. I couldn't even rate the pizza because I refused to eat it. Dont order or eat from there.

tbh I don't think I've ever actually had Bubba's pizza, but their poutine and burgers are next level.

Save your money and go to Wooden Heads on Ontario Street or to Casa Dominica on Brock. Overrated greasy spoon, super bad for your health but great for their greedy stuffed pockets

Great place to stop in for a slice on the way home. Tasty dinner for less than $5 usually. Can't go wrong.

Awful. Worst poutine I’ve had in a while. Super sloppy and dripping everywhere.

We ordered two extra large Bubba's special pizzas. The total price was $67.24 plus tip of $5 for the driver. This pizza was incredibly overpriced and flavorless. There was no sauce, no mushrooms at all, very little cheese and very little meat toppings with a lot of green peppers.... which I guess they thought would make up for the lack of quality. Overall there was much more crust than pizza toppings and almost no sauce. It took forever to get here and was cold. We will not order from them again.

They sometimes forget to put some things in the order but for the most part they are pretty good

Nothing beats Bubba's bacon poutine after a late night out.

I normally love going here but the other day I had really bad customer service. For some reason they were blasting music and mean blasting. So loud I couldn't here the employee talking, after asking him to turn it down so I could place my order they turned it down maybe two notches. I didn't realize Bubba's was all of the sudden a late night club that blasts music so loud you can't hear yourself think They didn't seem to care so I'm definitely going to take a break from going there.

Service is super friendly! :) I ordered the fish and chips and they are delicious, will be ordering again.

Unprofessional, yelled from the grill to take order then later yelled from grill to ask what i wanted on my burger. A pen and pad goes a long way for customer service. And 38$ for 2 burger s and 2 small poutines thats outrageous.

Highly recommend Bubbas. I am a big burger fan and have tried all the famous burger joints in Toronto. None of them (not even Johnny or Apache burger) come close to the quality and taste of a Bubbas cheeseburger. My partner got the poutine thst I also tried and it was INCREDIBLE. The curds were squeaky and the gravy was flavourful, rich and hearty. I didn’t try the pizzas this time but they looked amazing and my partner assured me they taste as good as they looked.On top of the amazing food the service is spectacular. We chatted with the owner for a bit while our food was being prepared and she was just a pleasure to talk to! I’ll be hitting up Bubbas everytime I’m visiting Kingston from now on

Honestly I wasn’t impressed at all. I’m very lenient with my reviews but the poutine was not good at all. Cheese curds which was great. But fries and gravy were not good at all. The only reason why I gave it two stars is because the staff was friendly and welcoming. That’s all I can say. I would definitely not recommend their poutine and I know my poutine very well.

Great spot downtown that's basically always open when you're craving a decent poutine. The poutine is definitely tasty, and the size is really good for how much you pay. The staff and atmosphere is nice enough to be my go-to choice for late night eats.

Burger was literally a crisp, about one centimeter thick and the styrofoam container it came in was melted. No where near what a $7 burger should be, you're better off going to a Chinese restaurant to get a burger honestly.

The staff are like family, the food is awesome and it's right down in the hub for convenience sake. Great place

Great food!! Friendly staff!! We took a short vacation and asked where to get poutine. Bubba's was recommended and we are glad we went. I also had the best slice of pizza! Hope we can get back to enjoy this place again!

Just placed an order about an hour ago. Just got our food. It was cold. Ordered extra cheese and gravy on the poutine. Next to no cheese or gravy . Right on Bubbas. King street it is from now on

Steve provided us with fantastic service, great staff. Easy 20/10, but Google will only let me give 5/5.EDIT: Apparently they fired Steve, so I can no longer in good conscience support this business.

It's pretty good, but a little expensive. They use frozen fries which is disappointing for the price. They also got our order wrong.

Usually go here for the poutine but I was very surprised with how good the burgers are here. Excellent food, very cool people, would definitely recommend.

Delivery just down the rd was almost 1.5 hrs was told 45 min did not tip.pizza want very hot. cheese taste good for the price it was pretty basic pizza. There is better places

The only reason it gets 2 stars is because the food is actually tasty.But the service is so awful & menu is ridiculously overpriced!!Their online ordering is slower than dial up and talking to them on the phone SUCKS.I've had my orders come in wrong and sometimes they try and tell me "we don't go that far" (my address) when.. they do.It's a shame really...
